What makes Nuu Addition the Perfect Newborn Hamper?

Nuu Addition baby gift boxes and essentials are delicately created and put together for your ease, comfort, and practicability, hand packed in the UK. All our garments are designed from materials suitable for sensitive skin and long-lasting use. Our gifts are wonderfully presented and always include helpful items for new or expectant parents.

Can I send a Gift Directly to the Recipient?

Yes you can! When you are at checkout, you will see the Billing address and Shipping address are separate. Be sure to enter the recipient’s address, in the Shipping section.

Do you Include an Invoice in any of the Gifts?

We do not include receipts in any parcels, so that they are ready to be gifted to loved ones.

How much does Shipping Cost and When will my order Arrive?

We offer Express Shipping 1-3 working days for £3.95 and Next Day Delivery is £8.95. See our Shipping page for more information.

Can I get Next Day delivery?

Yes, we offer Next Day Delivery on all our products. Your order must be placed before 1pm on a Monday to Friday.

Do you Ship to Countries Outside the UK?

Yes, we do deliver worldwide. See our International Shipping page for more details.

How do I Apply my Gift Card/Discount code to my order?

If you have a Gift Card, Discount code or Voucher/Coupon, complete your order as usual and proceed to checkout. Once you are on the checkout page, there will be a discount box, type your code in and click apply. Your Discount has now been applied.

What Method of Payments do you Accept?

All our methods of payment are secure. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. If you wish to use PayPal, you also have the option to use Guest checkout where you do not need to create an account. The option to Buy Now, Pay Later is available via PayPal as well. We also accept international credit card payments.

Do you Deliver to Hospital Maternity Wards?

Sadly, we cannot deliver to maternity wards for health and security purposes.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via email returns@nuuaddition.com or ring on 07907527216 within 3 hours of purchase, with your Order Number and Name. See our Return Policy for more information.

My box has not arrived yet, what should I do?

In the event that your gift has not arrived, email our team at info@nuuaddition.com with your order details and we will look into it. Should your Tracking Number reveal that it has still not been delivered, we will give you the option for a redelivery or a refund.

Where else can I purchase Nuu Addition gift sets?

We are only based online. You can purchase all our beautiful baby hampers through our Website or our Etsy shop.
